A senior-led project delivery group operating through an exclusive joint-venture pipeline is seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to join a flagship AUD 240 million riverfront residential development in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane. The project comprises two approximately 15-storey residential towers delivering 215 luxury apartments, featuring high-end finishes and amenity-led design, with completion targeted for mid-2027.

Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, the Finishes Foreman will take ownership of finishes delivery across allocated work fronts, coordinating all finishing trades to achieve high-quality outcomes in line with program and safety requirements. This role suits a hands-on, technically strong foreman with proven experience delivering premium finishes on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination and supervision of all finishing trades across assigned areas.
• Sequencing of finishes to maintain program and minimise rework.
• Quality control with a strong focus on defect prevention.
• Management of subcontractor performance, access, and productivity.
• Interface coordination with services, commissioning, and QA teams.
• Maintenance of site safety standards within finishing work fronts.
• Reporting progress and issues to site leadership.

Technical & Experience Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Finishes Foreman on mid- to high-rise residential or comparable projects.
• Strong trade or academic background with detailed knowledge of premium finishes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple finishing trades concurrently.
• Strong eye for detail and disciplined approach to quality control.
• Experience working within structured, professional site environments.
