We represent a privately owned developer-builder delivering a $2.5 billion multi-tower mixed-use precinct on the Gold Coast and are seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to lead internal trades on a flagship high-rise stage of the masterplan.

This is a large-scale, multi-year vertical construction program incorporating luxury residential, hotel and commercial components, delivered within a developer-led structure with in-house construction capability. The role offers direct access to decision makers and genuine ownership across the finishes programme.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for driving the finishes stage of the project, including:

• Coordination and supervision of all internal and finishes trades
• Management of programme sequencing across fitout, services interface and final trades
• Driving quality outcomes in line with premium residential and hotel standards
• Oversight of defect minimisation, inspections and close-out processes
• Ensuring WHS compliance across high-density, multi-trade environments
• Coordination with site, services and commissioning teams
• Reporting progress, risks and delivery outcomes to site leadership

Experience Required

• Degree or Trade Qualified Candidates will be considered must have a proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on mid to high-rise residential or mixed-use projects
• Strong understanding of fitout sequencing, services integration and defect management
• Experience delivering high-end finishes within structured site environments
• Ability to manage multiple trades, tight programmes and handover milestones
• Strong communication and coordination skills across subcontractors and consultants
