We represent a privately owned developer-builder delivering a $2.5 billion multi-tower mixed-use precinct on the Gold Coast and are seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to lead site structural operations on a flagship high-rise stage of the masterplan. This is a large-scale, multi-year vertical construction program incorporating luxury residential, hotel and commercial components. The structure is developer-led with in-house construction capability, offering direct access to decision makers and meaningful programme ownership.

Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, this role is responsible for the following:

• Supervision of structural trades and concrete cycles.
• Sequencing and coordination of structural works.
• Enforcement of WHS and structural safety controls.
• Quality control and tolerance management.
• Coordination with engineering, QA, and services teams.
• Reporting progress and issues to site leadership.

Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on mid- to high-rise residential or mixed-use projects.
• Strong trade or academic background with high-rise structural exposure.
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts and tight programs.
• Experience working within structured, professional site environments.
