A Major Project Delivery Partner construction group with a strong forward pipeline is seeking an accomplished Senior Site Manager to join its delivery team on a flagship AUD 240 million riverfront residential development located in Kangaroo Point, minutes from the Brisbane CBD. The project comprises two approximately 15-storey residential towers delivering 215 luxury apartments, featuring high-end finishes and amenity-led design, with completion targeted for mid-2027.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Senior Site Manager will hold full accountability for day-to-day site delivery, leading a team of four direct reports and coordinating all subcontractors, trades, and work fronts to ensure best-practice safety, quality, and program outcomes consistent with Tier-1 construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Full management of site operations and daily construction activities.
• Leadership and mentoring of the site team and supervisors.
• Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Program execution, sequencing, and milestone delivery.
• Oversight of quality assurance, defect prevention, and rectification.
• Enforcement of WHS systems and site safety compliance.
• Reporting of progress, risks, and performance to project leadership.

Technical & Experience Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
• Strong technical capability across structure, services, and premium finishes.
• Proven delivery performance on complex mid- to high-rise projects in live urban environments.
• Degree-qualified candidates are welcomed; candidates with equivalent practical experience will also be considered, with selection based on experience, capability, and proven performance.
• Strong understanding of Australian building standards and WHS obligations
