This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a leading Healthcare / Med-Tech client, supporting their Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Enterprise) environments with approximately 52 licenses. You'll be part of a small, fast-paced team managing ongoing enhancements, integrations, and custom development in a regulated setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

• Build and maintain integrations (REST / SOAP / middleware).

• Participate in sprint planning, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.

• Ensure compliance with HLS data security and audit requirements.

• Collaborate closely with product owners and tech leads across global teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Costa Rica 

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development.

• Technical skills:

  • Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, REST API integrations.

  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Enterprise).

• English fluency (written and verbal).

• Availability: Immediate or short notice.

Extra Points

• Experience in Healthcare / Med-Tech or other regulated industries.

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II).

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, SFDX).

Remuneration
