About Us:
We are a dynamic company that operates vending machines throughout Germany. Our vending machines offer a wide range of snacks, drinks, and products that align with current market trends. To further drive our growth, we are looking for a motivated individual to support our team in social media, marketing, market research, supplier research, and website management.

Your Tasks:

  1. Social Media Marketing:

    • Content Creation: Develop and design engaging content for our social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
    • Idea Development: Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and activities independently.
    • Graphic and Video Editing: Create and edit graphics, videos, and other media formats for digital communication.
    • Copywriting: Write appealing texts for posts, adverts, and other marketing materials.
  2. Market Research & Observation:

    • Trend Monitoring: Research and analyze current trends in snacks, drinks, and other products that can be offered in vending machines.
    • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Supplier Research:

    • Product Selection: Identify and research suppliers to find the best products at the most favorable conditions.
    • Price Comparison: Conduct price comparisons and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  4. Website Management:

    • Content Management: Maintain and update our website using a modular system.
    • Design and Usability: Ensure that the website is visually appealing and user-friendly.
  5. Team Assistance:

    • Team Support: Provide general administrative support to the team in organizational and administrative tasks.

Your Profile:

  • Experience in social media marketing, content creation, and graphic design.
  • Creativity and a strong sense of current trends and target groups.
  • Proficiency in graphic and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Canva).
  • Independent working style with the ability to contribute and realize your own ideas.
  • Interest in market research and the ability to analyze and interpret market trends.
  • Experience in researching suppliers; experience in negotiating terms is a plus.
  • Experience working with website builder systems and a basic understanding of web design.
  • Good organizational skills and experience in team assistance.
