What You Will Do 💻

• As a Backend Developer, you will be a key player in our development team, focusing on building and maintaining the server-side logic of our applications. Your role will involve designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient back-end solutions. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, AI/ML engineers, QA and UX specialists to create seamless and high-performing applications. This is an opportunity to work on exciting projects where your contributions will have a significant impact.

What's Essential 🏆

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

• Fluent in English: Good communication and clear explanations of rationale. 🗣️
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly and effectively, and working well within a team environment
• Proficiency in Backend Technologies: Strong experience in Node.js and Python, with a deep understanding of building and maintaining server-side applications. Knowledge of integrating with AI/ML models, particularly those powered by OpenAI, is a plus.

• Database Management: Hands-on experience with relational and vector databases, particularly Postgres, and familiarity with drizzle-ORM or similar tools for database management.
• Cloud and DevOps Expertise: Proficiency in Docker for containerization and experience with AWS for deploying and managing cloud-based applications.
• Automation & Testing: Experience with Playwright for testing automation to ensure the reliability and quality of applications.
• Solid Theoretical Foundation: A strong understanding of software architecture principles, networking, security, and cloud concepts. Your ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies will be crucial.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive them to completion.
• Lifelong Learner: A passion for continuous learning and professional growth, with a curiosity to stay updated with the latest industry trends.
