Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to reach potential clients in targeted markets.
- Account Management:
- Build and nurture long-term strategic client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor client needs and market trends to adapt and enhance service offerings.
- Sales and Negotiations:
- Lead sales negotiations and deliver persuasive pitches to secure new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet client needs and expectations.
- Marketing:
- Manage and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Oversee inbound and outbound marketing strategies to drive lead generation and client engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Annual Budgeting:
- Participate in the annual revenue budgeting process, setting strategic revenue targets.
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to forecast revenue based on market conditions.
