Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:
   • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
   • Develop and execute strategic plans to reach potential clients in targeted markets.
2. Account Management:
   • Build and nurture long-term strategic client relationships.
   • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
   • Monitor client needs and market trends to adapt and enhance service offerings.
3. Sales and Negotiations:
   • Lead sales negotiations and deliver persuasive pitches to secure new business.
   • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet client needs and expectations.
4. Marketing:
   • Manage and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
   • Oversee inbound and outbound marketing strategies to drive lead generation and client engagement.
   • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
5. Annual Budgeting:
   • Participate in the annual revenue budgeting process, setting strategic revenue targets.
   • Collaborate with finance and sales teams to forecast revenue based on market conditions.
