Our client, a leading Software, Information and Communication Technologies company, operates internationally (Athens, Brussels, Luxembourg, Copenhagen, Stockholm, London, Nicosia, Hong-Kong, Valetta, etc). Our client is a renowned supplier of IT services to government institutions, multinational corporations, public administrations and multinational companies, research and academic institutes.
Role Overview
We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will work remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Requirements
- Master degree in IT combined with minimum 5 years relevant relevant working experience as a Business Analyst;
- Experienced in data analysis and modelling;
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML standards for modelling and visualizations in Requirements Analysis and Design of software/system artifacts;
- Knowledge in Azure DevOps for managing requirements;
- Familiar with Scrum Agile Methodology for planning and tracking work;
- Able to adopt requirements life cycle approaches which may vary from predictive (plan-driven) or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches;
- Ability to write testing documentation as required;
- Excellent command of the English language (Certification: e.g., English Matsec or ‘O’ level, TOEFL, IELTS, EFSET).
Responsibilities
- Engage with relevant stakeholders, client, key experts, and the project team by attending meetings and ceremonies.
- Define, evaluate, and outline business options and requirements for both technical and business feasibility;
- Manage requirements throughout the entire delivery and operational lifecycle, which may include software, systems, data, processes, products, or services;
- Produce and analyse both functional and non-functional requirements;
- Coordinate code analysis to document current business rules, validations, data dependencies, and other technical aspects that must be included in the requirements;
- Organize and prioritize requirements using techniques such as product roadmaps, epics, use cases/user stories, and backlogs;
- Specify and validate requirements and constraints to ensure effective development and operation of new or modified software, systems, processes, products, or services.
- Create representations of business scenarios, focusing on processes, roles, data, organization, and time. Models may vary in detail and may include flowcharts, process maps, and swim-lane diagrams;
- Develop models and diagrams to effectively communicate data requirements.
- Contribute to sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions;
- Verify and validate systems, products, business processes, or services to ensure that acceptance criteria have been met;
- Create and update essential documentation, including requirements specifications and change logs.
