Our internationally operating client is seeking a sales-driven, results-oriented Sales Professional who takes ownership, grows with the organisation, and plays a key role in expanding the customer base.

 

As the face of the company, you will engage directly with Hiring Managers, HR leaders, and key decision makers, demonstrating how they can successfully solve their recruitment challenges using our innovative platform.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales, ideally within SaaS, Tech, or a comparable environment
  • German at native level (minimum C1)
  • Valid work permit for South Africa, permanent residency, or South African citizenship

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and approaching new leads through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and additional channels
  • Scheduling and conducting product demos with qualified prospects
  • Conducting market and industry research to identify new growth opportunities
  • Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline to achieve (and exceed) revenue targets
  • Developing and nurturing long-term client relationships with a deep understanding of their recruitment challenges and tailored solutions
