Requirements
- BS degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Experience ideally within FinTech, Crypto, start-up environment.
- Hands-on experience in content management.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge keyword research and Google Analytics
- Naturally analytical with the ability to think commercially and strategically.
- A self-starting, enthusiastic problem solver.
- A global team player, able to work collectively as part of the marketing team, whilst having the confidence to work independently and deliver objectives and responsibilities.
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, making the complexity of a modern digital marketing function simple to understand.
Responsibilities
- Manage a robust social & campaign calendar & social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Develop creative, clever & high-converting campaigns & social posts.
- Build the brand culture and cultivate the community.
- Engage in viral and influencer content across social media platforms.
- Manage & post across all social channels.
- Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Collaborate with other teams, to ensure brand consistency.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
