Requirements

  • BS degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager.
  • Experience ideally within FinTech, Crypto, start-up environment.
  • Hands-on experience in content management.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Naturally analytical with the ability to think commercially and strategically.
  • A self-starting, enthusiastic problem solver.
  • A global team player, able to work collectively as part of the marketing team, whilst having the confidence to work independently and deliver objectives and responsibilities.
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, making the complexity of a modern digital marketing function simple to understand.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a robust social & campaign calendar & social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Develop creative, clever & high-converting campaigns & social posts.
  • Build the brand culture and cultivate the community.
  • Engage in viral and influencer content across social media platforms.
  • Manage & post across all social channels.
  • Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Collaborate with other teams, to ensure brand consistency.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
