ICP: CEO, COO, CFO at B2B companies and E-commerce with 20M+ annual revenue
Average deal size: €350,000
Average sales cycle: 1-2 months
Requirements
- Prior experience in the above-mentioned target markets.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively to a wide range of audiences, and in a structured way.
- At least 5 years in a full sales cycle role in Enterprise sales (from prospecting to closing and booking revenues) and a track record of full 360 sales cycles.
- Possess a Payments or wider Fintech sales background (business banking, open banking, acquiring, disbursement, gateway services).
- Evident and proven successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the new business generation.
- Work effectively with a diverse range of people and working styles to get stuff done, and are able to thoughtfully and constructively challenge and influence the people you work with.
- Experienced negotiator and closer to mid to high value deals.
- Hunter mentality, enjoy networking and a self-starter.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment.
- Established LinkedIn profile (at least 500 connections).
- Able to quickly build trust and enable your teams to be high performing.

Responsibilities
- Acquiring new clients through prospecting, networking and cold calling to ensure sales quotas are achieved.
- Prospecting and hunting for new business within the highlighted target markets and other assigned territories using multiple sales techniques and tools.
- Developing a sound sales pipeline of potential sales opportunities in assigned markets and accounts.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities.
- Leading sales calls/sales meetings and providing detailed reports.
- Tracking and reporting on sales metrics and KPIs to the senior management team.
- Managing your sales campaigns in order to keep all stakeholders engaged about new key initiatives.
- Expanding contacts within existing accounts plus establishing meaningful contacts amongst new prospects.
