Engagement Manager (BPO)

Our client has partnered with a leading provider in the motor hire industry, offering a wide range of vehicles for both short-term and long-term rentals. Their goal is to provide customers with excellent service, reliable vehicles, and hassle-free experiences.



Role Overview

As the Engagement Manager you serve as the hands-on leader for deploying GenAI solutions to clients. You are the primary point of contact, responsible for orchestrating the deployment from initiation to stabilization. You will manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering measurable impact. You'll proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage stakeholder communication, coordinate Tiger Team activities, and ensure a smooth handover to operations, all while maintaining focus on the successful implementation of the GenAI platform for the specific use case.

Requirements

• An experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering technology projects, preferably client-facing.
• 5+ years in Project Management (client-facing preferred)
• Proven experience delivering technology solutions
• Strong stakeholder & risk management skills
• Essentials: Demonstrable ownership and accountability for project outcomes (scope, time, budget)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and risk mitigation skills.
• Must grasp GenAI concepts sufficiently to lead deployment discussions credibly.
• Verify experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably deploying technology solutions in client-facing environments.
• Strong ability to manage scope, budget, timelines, and risks effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Understanding of GenAI concepts and the deployment lifecycle for AI-driven solutions.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Ready to travel over extended periods of time to be co-located with the operations.

The project captain, responsible for delivery (time, scope,budget), client relationship during deployment, risk management, and coordination. Needs strong organizational skills and GenAI project awareness.
