Role Overview
Our client is looking for a temporary/ potentially permanent assistant to join their team. This role will focus on handling administrative tasks related to body corporate management, including liaising with contractors, assisting with maintenance coordination, processing insurance claims, attending trustee meetings, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Requirements
- Experience in WeConnectU and general computer literacy (Google Workspace).
- Strong administrative and multitasking skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
- Must live within the Milnerton area or close surroundings.
- The ability to handle after-hours meetings and urgent maintenance issues when necessary.
