Our client is an outsourced customer services partner to global B2B and B2C brands, providing multilingual omnichannel contact centre solutions, 24/7.

Requirements
- German language: Verbal & Written (C1/C2)
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet. No Wireless connections accepted.
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).
- Fully paid product and systems training provided.
- Probation period: 4 months
- Willingness and ability to work on a 24/7 rotational shift basis (8.5-hour shifts, including a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks, with 7.5 hours of productive work per day).
Responsibilities
- Work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams
- Assistance to passengers with pre & post-flight departure travel-related queries in the customer relations department in German & English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems & handling voice calls in German may include some written correspondence.
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Required to meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels.
