Requirements
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a language trainer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of German language and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Experience with virtual training platforms and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct German language training sessions for individuals or groups.
- Develop and implement lesson plans and training materials.
- Assess the proficiency of learners and adapt training as needed.
- Provide feedback and support to learners to help them improve their language skills.
- Stay current on language teaching methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with other trainers and language experts to continuously improve training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and learner progress.
