Requirements

- Proven experience in the payment industry, fintech, or banking is essential.
- Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field; MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the country.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial team.
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
- Build trusted relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
- Monitor financial performance to ensure the company achieves its financial goals and manage budgets to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
