Our client, a leading Software, Information and Communication Technologies company, operates internationally (Athens, Brussels, Luxembourg, Copenhagen, Stockholm, London, Nicosia, Hong-Kong, Valetta, etc). Our client is a renowned supplier of IT services to government institutions, multinational corporations, public administrations and multinational companies, research and academic institutes.
Role Overview
We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will work remotely within EU. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team.

Workplace: Hybrid

Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Experience in BPMN/UML;
- Experience in gathering, validating, and prioritizing business requirements;
- Experience in creating detailed business process models;
- Experience in collaborating with UX/UI designers to develop wireframes and prototypes that align with business requirements;
- Experience in quality and ICT security procedures;
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Experience in Business process modelling;
- Experience in Designing mockups of user interfaces for web applications;
- Excellent command of the English language.
Responsibilities
- Requirements gathering (organize meetings/workshops/interviews with Business Key Users, Business Experts, and other Stakeholders);
- Business model analysis and Process analysis;
- Business processes modelling;
- SWOT analysis and Gap analysis;
- Quality assurance and Troubleshooting;
- Produce/Update relevant documentation;
- Perform root-cause analysis;
- Streamline procedures and processes;
- Support training sessions.
