Data Capturer (Homeloans)

Our client provides a comprehensive bond origination service. They will source your home loan finance from all the major mortgage lenders. Established in 2006 our client has grown to one of the largest online home loan resources, offering independent mortgage advice and the latest South African home loan news.

Role Overview

You will be an important member of our client’s sales process. Your goal is to assist in moving potential clients from their first inquiry to a successful bank approval.

The ideal candidate will be a "Safe Pair of Hands" with an obsession for detail.

Our client isn't looking for just another data entry clerk. They are looking for someone who takes pride in 100% accuracy and knows how to build trust with clients through professional communication.

Requirements

• Methodical: You’d rather be "perfect and steady" than "fast and sloppy." You double-check everything before hitting send.
• Tech-Fluent: You are comfortable with Excel and CRMs (Additional training provided)
• Professional: 1–2 years of administrative experience. You can convey confidence and build trust quickly over text and email.
• Ambitious: You want a career, not just a job. Our client’s previous coordinator is now a Senior Consultant.

Responsibilities

• 08:00 – 12:00 | The Morning Nurture: Manage a pipeline of ~20 leads daily via our CRM. You'll use professional etiquette to guide clients through credit checks.
• 12:00 – 16:00 | App Submissions: You will capture 2–3 full applications daily into BondTrak. In this window, accuracy is your only metric.
• The Audit: You need to track every submission at the 4-hour and 48-hour marks, ensuring no application stalls at the bank.
