Our client, a leading Software, Information and Communication Technologies company, operates internationally (Athens, Brussels, Luxembourg, Copenhagen, Stockholm, London, Nicosia, Hong-Kong, Valetta, etc). Our client is a renowned supplier of IT services to government institutions, multinational corporations, public administrations and multinational companies, research and academic institutes.

 

Role Overview

Our client currently has a vacancy for a Full Stack Developer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Vienna, Austria. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in IT;
  • At least 5 years of experience in full-stack web application development;
  • Experience in developing web-based user interfaces using Angular, HTML5, CSS3 and TypeScript;
  • Experience in backend development with .NET / .NET Core and C#;
  • Experience working in Agile software development teams, using Azure DevOps;
  • Good knowledge of relational databases and ORM frameworks, with hands-on experience in SQL Server 2019+;
  • Experience in building advanced analytical software consuming data from data lakes or lakehouses (e.g., Trino) would be an asset;
  • Hands-on experience with Python and data engineering frameworks such as DLT, dbt, or PySpark, would be an asset;
  • Experience in developing reusable enterprise-level frameworks in .NET would be an asset;
  • Excellent command of the English language.

  

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed design of system components, ensuring modularity and scalability;
  • Collaborate with users to design and develop intuitive user interfaces;
  • Develop, build and test program modules to ensure reliability and performance;
  • Document system components and technical specifications for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
