Role Overview
As Recruitment Lead, your mission will be to own and drive our client’s talent acquisition strategy. You will refine the internal approach to recruitment, partner with functional leads to identify hiring needs, work directly with managers and People Partners to hire across a variety of roles, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role is pivotal in scaling our team with top-tier talent while building a sustainable talent pool across our various markets. The Recruitment Lead reports to the Global Head of People.
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent
Work Place: Hybrid (minimum of 3 days per week in-office)

Requirements
- You are a people person, who is adaptable and comfortable working in multicultural environments
- You have at least 8 years experience in a HR / Recruitment role at fast-growing tech start-ups or scaleups
- You have proven experience recruiting top talent; particularly for niche/hard-to-find talent pools in a fast-paced environment
- You have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- You have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- You have excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
- You are great at navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - bonus points if it is Teamtailor!
- You take a data-driven approach to recruitment and decision making
- You have a passion for building relationships and tackling people-related issues
- You are a creative problem solver
- You have a bias towards continuous learning and action
Responsibilities
- Drive recruiting efforts across the organization, ensuring the company has a large talent pool of bar-raising talent
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple departments and levels
- Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop workforce planning strategies
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives
- Oversee recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to senior Leadership
- Manage relationships with external agencies, platforms, and recruitment tools
- Organize and attend job fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives
- Stay informed on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and labor market developments
