You are a cheerful, friendly, and communicative person who enjoys talking to people and is motivated to achieve challenging goals.

  

Ideally, you bring:

  • Native Swiss German speaker
  • Experience in inbound telephony (customer service, support hotline)
  • Experience in outbound telephony (sales, B2C/B2B appointment setting)
  • A persuasive personality with strong potential and drive for outbound sales success
  • Quick understanding and confidence with common IT tools
  • Loyalty, reliability, and an efficient, precise working style
  • Enjoyment and genuine interest in the job
  • Stable internet connection (ideally fiber optic)

  • Self-organization: Ability to structure work independently and meet deadlines
  • Discipline and self-motivation: Staying productive without constant supervision
  • Sense of responsibility: Acting proactively when customer issues arise

Responsibilities

You will handle a variety of tasks in telephone and written inbound and outbound communication, depending on the project. If you don’t yet have experience in this field, you should at least bring a strong interest in learning about these activities.
