Job Description:
Responsibilities:

- Handle billing tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing clients, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Manage the company's social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement and analytics.
- Assist with client management tasks, such as updating contact information, sending communications, and maintaining client databases.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects or initiatives.
- Assist with the creation and editing of documents, presentations, and other materials.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for team members, as required.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a digital or tech-focused environment.
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for billing and invoicing tasks.
- Strong social media management skills, with experience in creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers across multiple platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
