Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and scheduling appointments efficiently.
  • Determine the nature of the call and appropriately direct it to the relevant department, whether it's scheduling services, dispatching plumbers, or providing quotes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Coordinate with field technicians and dispatchers to ensure timely response to service requests and emergencies.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided and address any outstanding issues.
  • Assist in generating and sending quotes to customers based on their needs and our pricing structure.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a similar industry (plumbing, construction, home services).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially during peak call times or when handling difficult customers.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help and assist others.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in customer service is a plus.
