Senior Officer/Officer, Quality Assurance

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains quality management system (QMS) which includes document control, change control & risk management system, etc
• Participates in root cause analysis related to deviation and prepares the corresponding CAPA reports (Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions)
• Evaluates and maintains the vendor qualification program
• Handles product complaints and returns related to product quality
• Performs self-inspection in the premises regularly;
• Provides quality related trainings and maintains the training database under the GMP quality system
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure cGMP is followed

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or diploma holder in science subjects, preferably in Pharmaceutical Science, Food Science or Quality Management aspects
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in GMP / ISO / PIC/s or relevant Quality Management System
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer, Quality Assurance
